About
Ed Li
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. I have been working as a software engineer for the past 12 years, primarily focusing on web development, frontend, and backend systems. In my most recent position at a Top 500 global company, I worked on developing scalable web applications using the React, Spring Boot framework, MyBatis framework, Oracle and MySQL databases.
In my previous position at a top 500 company, I led a team to complete multiple systems, among which the real-time inventory calculation system for raw materials was particularly beneficial for the company’s raw material purchasing. This system helped maintain reasonable inventory levels, allowing procurement to purchase materials in advance when prices were favorable, thereby reducing operating costs.
Additionally, I independently developed a form approval system to enhance the efficiency of administrative personnel in reviewing forms and to promote paperless operations within the company.
After gaining expertise in web architecture and development, I shifted my focus to the field of information security. I learned penetration testing techniques and obtained the EC-Council’s CEH and ECSA certifications. Moving forward, I plan to continue developing in this field, contributing my efforts to help governments and other companies identify vulnerabilities and assist in their remediation.
